About Martin Ross

Martin has a wealth of experience around the world, having worked in Melbourne, Edinburgh, London and Bangkok. Companies include: National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Royal Bank of Scotland and Dow Jones Telerate.

He has successfully led high performance teams that have delivered revenues over $1B. He has led teams working closely with customers, to identify, present and implement comprehensive and complex working capital solutions in Corporate, Institutional and SME markets.

In addition, he led a Sales Capability team in designing and delivered Relationship Excellence, Funnel Management and Growth Mindset programmes to over 2000 bankers and leaders at NAB. He has coached several senior executives to deliver world class customer service, sales capability and effective funnel management outcomes.
